All our dishes are being prepared with pure products such as virgin oil, vegetables, cheese, free range eggs, meat, wine etc. and all the ingredients we use are fresh. Also during the course useful information about the herbs, the oil and all products we use are given.
At the end the cookery class turns into a feast, while you enjoy the meal you have already prepared with local wine, bread and interesting stories, but also closuring your fascinating experience with a delicious dessert.
